Explore Poll Data on the 2023 Kentucky Governor Election Between Cameron and Beshear with RealClearPolling
Andy Beshear, a Democrat, is seeking re-election after an inaugural term buffeted by the coronavirus pandemic and a series of other crises. Beshear defeated Daniel Cameron, the state's 37-year-old Republican attorney general, in 2019, allowing Democrats to maintain one of their few remaining governorships in the South. Although nonpartisan polling of this race has been sparse, Beshear has led Cameron in nine of the 10 public polls conducted since last June. The RealClearPolitics polling average gives Beshear a 4.6-point lead over Cameron, 46.8% to 42.2%.
